However, if your Team are short you have the right to use guest players from the league but this must be cleared by the oppositions Manager/Captain prior to kicking off your fixture.
PENALTIES
A PENALTY SHALL BE AWARDED WHEN; The goalkeeper comes out of the area and, at the referee’s discretion, has gained an advantage in doing so. A defender enters his own area and by doing so gains an advantage.
The penalty taker is allowed no more than two steps before striking the ball.
Some of our leagues have a variation of rule 3a. check with your league manager if you need clarification on this.
SLIDE TACKLES
Slide tackles are forbidden in our leagues. A free kick is rewarded for a slide tackle.
The Referees discretion and decision is final in any instance.
THE GOALKEEPER/THE AREA
After a goal is scored, the goalkeeper shall roll the ball out to restart play.
The goalkeeper must not leave his area.
If a Team makes a change of goalkeeper during the match then the referee must be notified before the change is made.
The referee shall use his discretion to determine whether a player has entered the area accidentally without gaining an advantage.
The goalkeeper may not kick the ball under any circumstances except in the course of making a save.
BACKPASSES
When an outfield player receives the ball from the goalkeeper, the ball MUST be touched by another player before being passed back to the goalkeeper.

Substitutions can be made as often as the Team wishes.
